Time in a Bottle
Stores time as Experience at a rate of20 / 50 / 80 XPper5seconds. Zilean can grant this Experience to the nearest allied champion when he has enough to complete their next level up by tapping the minion button. Doing so gives Zilean the same amount of Experience. Experience can only be imparted to allies who can level up. If Zilean takes damage or is crown controlled while imparting Experience, the process will be interrupted.
