1. Who we are
RiftForge is an independent project. For privacy matters, contact us through the in-app Help option.
2. Data we collect
We collect your name and email for account creation, app usage events via PostHog to improve the product, and payment information processed directly by Paddle — we never store card data. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the service, send transactional emails (account, billing), and understand how features are used through aggregated, anonymous analytics.
4. Third-party services
Paddle handles payment processing. PostHog handles product analytics — data may be stored on their servers. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time — your personal data (name, email, avatar) will be permanently anonymized while usage data is retained anonymously.
6. Your rights
Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and applicable regulations, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the in-app Help option.
7. Children
RiftForge is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
